	Advocacy in shaping policy and strategy, especially to government
	Membership and Commercial Services to reinvest into the industry
	Promoting & developing industry-wide standards to improve the quality of the experience for the people who visit and use the facilities
	Marketing & communication, both within the institute & to the industry
	Provide state based support to optimise local achievements
