Council/Corporate Affiliate

Each council/corporate affiliate member may appoint up to three delegates from amongst its own members to represent it within the Institute.  Each such delegate shall have all the privileges of individual membership without the payment of further subscription. Corporate members shall notify the Secretary, in writing, of the appointment of their delegates and may, from time to time, in writing revoke any such appointment and substitute another delegate.  A corporate delegate may be an office bearer or other member of Committee and may be appointed as the corporate delegate to Committee.  A corporate member will have the right to one vote on all matters other than those relating to the Memorandum or Articles of Association of the Institute.
